Social Media Manager

About The Role The role owns the social media presence end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, turning brand positioning into content that grows reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution. You will partner with content, product marketing, and design to run a always-on publishing engine — planning calendars, shipping daily content, managing paid social, and reporting on what actually drives engagement and demand. Key Responsibilities Own the social media strategy and calendar across organic channels, publishing 5+ posts per week across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Produce and edit short-form video and visual content natively for each platform (CapCut, Premiere, Figma) Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and X, managing budget against CPM, CTR, and CPL targets Track performance in Sprout Social and GA4; build monthly reporting on reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and social-sourced pipeline Monitor trends, platform algorithm shifts, and competitor activity; adjust strategy and test new formats weekly Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions within one business day; elevate issues to PR as needed Partner with sales and customer teams to surface employee advocacy content and customer stories for social distribution What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of social media management experience at a B2B or B2C tech company or agency, with owned-channel growth you can show Demonstrated success growing at least one brand social channel (follower growth, engagement rate, or virality you can point to) Hands-on with social management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, GA4, Brandwatch) Experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta with budget accountability Strong writing and video-editing skills; able to ship polished short-form content quickly without heavy production support Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience with employee advocacy programs (EveryoneSocial, PostBeyond), B2B thought-leadership ghostwriting for executives, or AI-assisted content workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
