Travel Physical Therapist - $2,132 per week

Job Details Travel Physical Therapist (PT) assignment for 13 weeks in Avondale, Arizona. Start date: 06/29/2026. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour days. Must hold an active Physical Therapy license in Arizona and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate (AHA/ARC).
