Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives

• Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Collaborate with department heads and managers to address staffing needs, resolve conflicts, and improve employee engagement

• Conduct employee relations investigations, mediate disputes, and provide recommendations for resolution

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with union representatives, if applicable

• Coordinate HR-related projects, including onboarding, employee recognition, and employee communications

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry

• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with HRIS systems and compliance with labor laws and regulations
