Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a respected national law firm with openings in Los Angeles and Denver . This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys who thrive in a dynamic practice and want to work on sophisticated corporate and transactional matters within a highly respected team. About the Role
The ideal candidate brings experience across a broad range of corporate work, including:
Mergers & acquisitions
Private equity transactions
Public and private securities
Corporate formation & maintenance
Corporate finance
Licensing matters
Venture capital financing
General governance issues
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are essential.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $170,000 – $230,000
Bonus Potential: Up to $106,000 (dependent on experience and performance)
