Regional General Manager - Patio EnclosuresPatio Enclosures is the nation's top producer and installer of sun rooms & patios and is a subsidiary of Great Day Improvements, an innovator and leader in the home remodeling industry. We are currently seeking a driven, experienced change maker to lead our branch operations in the Mid-Atlantic North Region. This position will oversee 4 total branches across Western Pennsylvania & New Jersey.ResponsibilitiesJob and project management utilizing our in-house CRM systemOversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process.Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.Must be able to travel within region up to 25 weeks per yearQualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.P&L responsibility preferred.Experienced in team building and management preferred.Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.Must be process oriented.Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.GDI is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer#INDGDIOP
