A leading law firm is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C. office. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand and Integrated Marketing, the Marketing Manager partners with attorneys and Business Development teams to plan and run integrated, multichannel marketing that raises the firm's brand and market visibility and supports practice and industry growth goals. Responsibilities include developing thought leadership content plans and marketing plans for webinars, client programs, and large receptions, and guiding content from planning through publication, promotion, measurement, and repurposing. The role adapts content for web, email, social media, video, and paid search with a focus on SEO/AEO/GEO. It also manages practice pages, event landing pages, microsites, and email campaigns, and uses analytics to improve engagement and user experience. The Marketing Manager works with Creative, Editorial, and social media colleagues, presents recommendations to stakeholders, coordinates vendors, and supervises and coaches junior marketing staff. The role is hybrid, with 60% in-office presence.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of marketing, brand, or integrated communications experience, ideally at a law firm or professional services firm. They should also have a strong background in digital marketing, experience with AI-enabled tools, and excellent writing and project management skills. The salary range is $125,000–$160,000 in Boston and D.C. and $135,000–$165,000 in New York.
