Senior & Manager-Level Accounting Consultants About the Opportunity: Sayva Solutions is looking to connect with experienced Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager-level professionals interested in joining our consulting practice for a variety of client engagements throughout the Orange County market. Our clients range from growing private and private equity-backed organizations to large, complex, and publicly traded companies. Engagements may include financial reporting, month-end close support, technical accounting, process improvement, finance transformation, systems initiatives, and other complex accounting projects. We are particularly interested in accounting professionals who can quickly learn a new environment, operate independently, and provide hands‑on support to accounting and finance teams. Duration: Varies by engagement Location: Orange County, CA. Opportunities may include onsite, hybrid, and remote arrangements depending on the engagement. Compensation: $55–$75/hour (W-2) Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. Scope: Support or lead month-end close, financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and other core accounting activities. Work within complex, multi‑entity, multi‑location, or publicly traded accounting environments. Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, schedules, and management reporting. Support technical accounting, accounting policies, internal controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Support finance transformation, ERP implementations, systems optimization, automation, and related initiatives. Partner cross‑functionally with accounting, FP&A, operations, and other business teams. Provide additional accounting support during periods of growth, transition, acquisitions, integrations, system implementations, or organizational change. At the Manager level, provide oversight, review, and mentorship to accounting team members as needed. Quickly learn new accounting environments, establish priorities, and independently drive assigned work through completion. Qualifications & Expertise: Progressive accounting experience at the Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or comparable level. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CPA‑track experience preferred but not required. Public accounting experience is highly valued. Experience within large, complex, publicly traded, private equity‑backed, or multi‑entity organizations preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month‑end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting operations. Experience with process improvement, ERP systems, finance transformation, automation, or systems initiatives is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to enter a new organization, learn quickly, work independently, and provide hands‑on accounting support with minimal ramp‑up time.
