The Position:

Recruiter Assistant

Here’s what you’ll do:

· Provide administrative and sales support to a team of Recruiters.

· Facilitate all aspects of the Company hiring process from application to interview to offer. Perform reference checks, drug screens, and respirator mask fit tests.

· Create a delightful, seamless experience for Travel RNs through multiple modes of communication: phone, email, text, and in person.

· Assist in managing personnel files including collecting documents and ensuring items meet Company and Client requirements.

· Utilize internal systems for accurate and current record-keeping of all personnel files.

· Provide employee support such as timekeeping counseling, following up on expiring personnel items, and creating expense reports.

· Receive applicants in-person, on-site.

· Coordinates with internal departments to ensure all personnel requirements are completed accurately and timely.

· Visit with Travel RN prospects and employees at various locations throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

· Minimum of 2 years of administrative and office experience required. Customer service, human resources, staffing, or recruitment experience is a plus!

· Working knowledge of Microsoft products, internet job boards, and internet recruiting.

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; persuasive and upbeat.

· Strong believer in documentation and details.

· Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.

· A passion for SOMETHING strongly desired.

Compensation and Benefits:

An industry-competitive compensation package is offered that includes a base salary. An annual bonus program is offered based on Company and individual performance achievements. Contributory medical and voluntary dental plans will also be available.
