Office Coordinator - Highly Proficient
Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an Office Coordinator - Highly Proficient to join their team. As an Office Coordinator - Highly Proficient, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting various office functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $26

What's the Job?
- Perform administrative duties including invoicing, timekeeping, and accounts payable processing.
- Maintain employee records and administrative files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Answer telephones, manage filing systems, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Negotiate pricing for office supplies and coordinate local supply needs such as uniforms and machine parts.
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe workplace environment through administrative oversight.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and system accuracy maintenance.
- Ability to prepare and distribute routine reports.
- Experience with human resource administration and office support activities.
