Ive proudly owned my State Farm agency for nearly five years and lead a close-knit team of four. With my background as a U.S. Army captain and a Michigan State graduate (Go Green!), I bring leadership, dedication, and teamwork into everything we do. Our culture is professional but relaxedwe keep snacks and drinks stocked for the team, enjoy periodic lunches together, and celebrate wins as a group. Outside the office, Im a husband and dad to two young boys, so I know the importance of balancing work, family, and community. Were looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who want to grow their career while making a meaningful difference for our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jacob Asbury - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
