Strategic Sourcing Manager

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Strategic Sourcing Manager III will be responsible for delivering strategic sourcing, contract management, and negotiation while developing category strategies for complex indirect spend categories and serving as the primary contact for business customers. Key responsibilities Create and influence category strategies within designated business units to align with organizational goals Lead comprehensive sourcing events including market analysis, RFx processes, and contract negotiations to generate value Manage strategic supplier relationships and conduct supplier evaluations, onboarding, and performance management Required qualifications In-depth knowledge of sourcing, contract fundamentals, and indirect spend categories including professional services and BPOs Demonstrated experience with the 7-step strategic sourcing process and RFx sourcing techniques Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field Certification in supply chain, procurement, or contract management (preferred)
