HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL LABOR IN ROMEOVILLE, IL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Labor to join our team in Romeoville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for the accurate order picking and order processing of products including making sure that the order information weight and shipment information is accurate before processing through UPS/FEDEX, USPS and other systems. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of similar experience, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $16/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Located in Romeoville, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Process orders for shipment according to instructions on bill of lading or pick sheet and assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped in an accurate method When needed, operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently using safety equipment as required. Charge batteries as needed Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and re-packing as needed Participate in physical inventories May be required to check or count freight for accuracy and/or damages Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Cleaning the dock floor if necessary Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety. Follow all safety and security regulations and company guidelines Complete all safety training within the specified timeframe, applying all appropriate actions Utilize all tools and equipment as trained to do so, stopping when unsafe Honors commitments and the values of company Regular attendance and timeliness are an essential function of the job.
