Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring, Texas

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible Texas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA preferred
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is a plus
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Strong understanding of writing and managing IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with student needs
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other allied health professionals such as PTs, OTs, and SLPAs
• Track and communicate student progress through regular updates and thorough documentation
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
