Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in school settings is an advantage
• Familiarity with AAC devices and their integration in treatment
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet individual student needs
• Work closely with caregivers, families, teachers, and fellow therapy professionals, including SLPAs, PTs, and OTs, to maximize support
• Regularly monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records and documentation
