School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Spring, Texas

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a vibrant school community. You'll spend your days making meaningful improvements in children's communication abilities, collaborating with colleagues, and occasionally providing supervision if you hold a CCC credential. This full-time, onsite position offers 40 hours each week, typically at one school but occasionally split between two, with a manageable caseload of around 60 students.


You'll have the unique chance to work at one of several welcoming elementary and primary schools dedicated to student growth and success. The contract runs from early August 2026 through early June 2027.


Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas
• CCCs strongly preferred (with willingness to supervise when needed)
• School-based SLP experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to serve at one or two locations as needed
• Will consider Clinical Fellows ready to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across assigned caseloads
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support individual success
• Supervise SLPAs and/or Clinical Fellows if required (for CCCs)
• Document services and maintain compliance with all school and state requirements
