QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapist Certificate and Occupational Therapist
Endorsement
2. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in the field of occupational therapy
3. Possess the ability to effectively apply the principles of assessment, treatment and
prevention of sensory-motor disorders
4. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal
resident alien status
6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find
appropriate and acceptable

JOB GOAL:
To support the district's instructional program by helping to improve fine motor skills,
coordinated gestures/movements for communication, attain the curriculum goals
established by the Board of Education and within the resources provided by it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. Salary will be prorated (based on part-time equivalent) of WTEA Teacher Guide, Step 1, provided below. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Step 1 BA: $61,025, Step 1 BA + 30: $63,577, Step 1 MA: $64,852, etc.
