Strategic Implementation and Process Optimization Manager

Overview: We are seeking a data-driven, strategic implementation leader who excels in process optimization and thrives in ambiguity. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a background in engineering or operations, and a passion for improving systems and outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. You will act as a bridge between product, policy, and operational teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions. Location: United States (Preference for Pacific Time Zone) Level: Mid-to-Senior Experience: 6-8+ years Type: Full-Time, Contract (1-year with possible extension) Domain: Fraud and Safety Operations Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects that align with strategic operational goals.
• Build and manage comprehensive implementation plans, from pre-launch to post-launch optimization.
• Facilitate coordination between internal teams (operations, tools support, product operations) and shared services (training, knowledge management, workforce planning, etc.).
• Identify and define business requirements, partnering with product and engineering to ensure operational needs are reflected in product development.
• Design and implement efficient, error-resistant investigation workflows using internal tools.
• Own end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate readiness for production.
• Collaborate with workforce planning and product teams to ensure accurate forecasting and dynamic plan adjustments.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for all implementations.
• Apply data-driven problem solving to monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead efforts in identifying operational inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions to improve user experience and reduce costs.
• Champion continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile, including leading related projects and training initiatives.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Engineering background strongly preferred).
• 6-8+ years of experience in program/project management, process improvement, technical program management, management consulting, or product operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work across ambiguous and complex environments with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in process mapping and redesigning operational workflows.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in environments such as large tech firms, top consulting companies, or fintechs preferred.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMP, etc.) are a plus but not required.
• A track record of delivering measurable, data-driven outcomes and continuous improvement.

Compensation range for position is $ 90,000 - 100,000 DOE.
