General Manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Over 10 years of management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing within multinational companies. Has extensive experience in managing engineering R&D, supply chain management and quality.
3. Can adapt to the fast and efficient working conditions of small companies, being able to provide guidance and support to different team members and lead them to grow together makes the company stronger.
4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
5. Strong knowledge of new product introduction (NPI) processes in manufacturing.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in risk management.
8. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
10. Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance in manufacturing projects is a plus. The general manager is responsible for formulating the Chinese company's business objectives and foreign trade business strategy, connecting with overseas customers and headquarters, and coordinating the overall operation. Manage the whole module of engineering research and development, supply chain, quality, finance, personnel administration, etc., and approve major decisions, projects and expenses. Maintain the relationship between core customers and suppliers, and lead major project negotiations, contract review and risk control. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to address key issues in project execution and ensure performance targets are met. The ideal candidate will drive team collaboration, manage risks, and contribute to operational excellence.
