PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is a senior relationship leader responsible for protecting and

expanding the company's most critical client relationships while playing a pivotal role in large-scale ("Mega")

contract pursuits.

This role serves as a highly visible executive presence-bringing delivery credibility, strategic insight, and

leadership alignment to both client engagements and internal teams. Success is measured by retention of top-

tier ("Diamond") accounts and impact on strategic deal outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Account Leadership (Diamond Accounts)
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for all Diamond-tier accounts
• Own overall relationship health, executive sponsor mapping, and escalation management
• Lead quarterly executive business reviews (QBRs) with client leadership
• Co-develop annual account strategies with delivery/account leaders
• Drive retention of all Diamond accounts

Mega Contract Pursuits
• Act as the designated relationship lead on all Mega-scale pursuits
• Partner closely with Sales/Business Development as the client-facing executive
• Provide delivery credibility and strategic input throughout pursuit cycles
• Shape client perception and trust during high-stakes engagements

Cross-Portfolio Leadership
• Identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities across the Diamond account portfolio
• Mentor and coach account leaders responsible for day-to-day delivery
• Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and standards for strategic accounts and large deals --- What This Role Does Not Own • P&L responsibility for accounts (owned by delivery leadership) • Commercial negotiations or pricing decisions (owned by Sales/BD) • Direct people management decisions for account delivery teams --- Success Metrics • Diamond Account Retention: Consistent high retention of top-tier accounts • Executive Relationship Strength: Active C-suite engagement across all Diamond accounts • Mega Pursuit Impact: Participation in 100% of large deals with strong win/shortlist rates • Growth Contribution: Identification and development of expansion opportunities --- Leadership & Collaboration • Reports to: EVP, Customer Success • Dotted-line relationship: CEO • Operates as a peer partner to Sales/BD leadership on strategic pursuits • Partners closely with Customer Success, Delivery, and Executive Leadership teams --- Operating Rhythm • Weekly leadership alignment with EVP, Customer Success • Regular executive engagement with CEO on key accounts and pursuits • Monthly portfolio reviews across Diamond accounts
• Quarterly executive client reviews

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Senior executive with deep experience managing complex enterprise client relationships
• Strong credibility in delivery/service environments (consulting, outsourcing, or managed services

preferred)
• Proven success influencing large enterprise deals and executive stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, presence, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with strong pattern recognition across client portfolios

position will involve computer tasks and telephone communication including, but not limited to, customer

functions may be required.
