Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized home care to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that every client feels safe, valued, and respected in their home. Working on-site only, you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful connections and positively impact the lives of individuals in your community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Follow individualized care plans and care instructions as directed by the Head Nurse and care management team.
• Monitor clients’ physical and emotional condition, promptly reporting and documenting any changes, concerns, or observations according to company policy.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, mobility, transfers, and prescribed basic exercise or movement routines.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients, families, and the care team to support continuity and quality of care.
• Travel reliably to client homes within the service area, including willingness to commute up to 30–40 minutes as needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or similar roles is must.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients and their families.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You:

• Have certifications in CPR or first aid.
• Are fluent in additional languages.
• Possess specialized training in elder care or dementia care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is  per diem (as-needed) . Work hours and assignments will vary based on client needs, availability, and scheduling requirements.

This position is on-site that is located in client's location.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
