Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician! This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring production equipment and facility operations run safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, industrial maintenance experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Location: Greer, SC Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pay Rate: Starting at $22.20/hr (compensation increases based on experience)

Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
• Inspect assigned equipment and report findings to management.
• Complete work orders and accurately update the maintenance tracking system.
• Diagnose and help resolve electrical issues using knowledge of drives and PLCs.
• Ensure machine productivity and quality following repairs, changeovers, and downtime.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and repair equipment.
• Respond quickly to safety concerns and correct immediate hazards.
• Assist with maintaining building systems, including utilities, ventilation, plumbing, and housekeeping.
• Communicate equipment issues and potential concerns with supervisors and the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLCs and drives preferred.
• MIG and/or Arc welding experience required.
• Forklift experience required (training provided).
• Ability to understand and interpret gauges, tools, and instruments related to equipment repair and product quality.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to workplace safety.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
