Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed production and packaging operation. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

1st Shift

Full Time / Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting and repair of production and packaging equipment during operations
Execute preventive maintenance (PMs) on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
Set up and prepare equipment for scheduled production runs
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; repair or replace components as needed
Work across systems including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (meters, etc.)
Identify equipment issues and escalate concerns to leadership as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Support additional maintenance or facility needs as required

Qualifications
Technical certificate or training in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field
2+ year of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working on high-speed production or packaging equipment preferred
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation
Solid communication and organizational skills
