Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
• Demonstrated ability to provide counseling, intervention, and consultation services within a school setting
• Familiarity or interest in working with students on the autism spectrum or those with emotional/behavioral needs (Elis psych)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results to guide educational planning
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to develop effective intervention strategies
• Provide direct counseling and mental health support to students, ensuring their social-emotional well-being
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights that support individualized learning plans
• Support the implementation of evidence-based programs and positive behavioral support systems
• Serve as a resource for staff development and parent workshops on topics related to mental health and learning
