Strategic Finance Lead

As the dedicated commercial finance lead for the Sales & Marketing function, the full-time Strategic Finance Lead will manage revenue and sales forecasting, quota-setting, and commercial metrics in a fully remote environment, serving as a key partner between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end revenue forecast model for the commercial organization, integrating pipeline data and sales assumptions Serve as the primary finance business partner to senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights for growth strategy Lead the annual quota-setting and territory planning process in collaboration with Sales Operations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or management consulting, with at least 2 years in a commercial or GTM role in a SaaS or B2B environment Expert-level financial modeling skills and deep fluency in SaaS and recurring revenue metrics Demonstrated experience in quota-setting and territory planning in partnership with Sales Operations Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, comfortable presenting to various stakeholders
