Role Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the following:
- Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the medical team.
- Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in long-term care or nursing home environments is preferred.
Schedule
The position may require flexibility to meet patient care needs, including possible weekend and evening shifts.
