Morgan Hunter is partnering with a well-established organization to add a Temporary Accounts Coordinator to their finance team. This role will support account maintenance, payment processing, invoicing, and record management while assisting with day-to-day financial operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Training will be provided, and the position will work closely with experienced accounting professionals.

Responsibilities
- Process payments, invoices, and account transactions
- Maintain and update account records within internal systems
- Allocate funds and reconcile account activity for accuracy
- Assist with billing, collections, and payment processing functions
- Review financial information and identify discrepancies as needed
- Respond to account-related inquiries and provide administrative support
- Work within financial systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately with financial records and data
- Experience with spreadsheets and business software systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is a plus
