If you have list eligibility as a Supervisor I it will be used to hire you as a Supervising Workers' Compensation Consultant. Candidates with Supervisor I eligibility must meet the minimum qualifications for both Supervisor I and Supervising Workers' Compensation Consultant. For more information about taking the Supervisor I exam and establishing list eligibility please see the following link: Duty Statement Working Conditions The position is located at: Sacramento SIBTF 1750 Howe Avenue, Suite 370 Sacramento, CA 95825-3367 The incumbent will work in an air-conditioned high-rise building with elevator access as well as natural and artificial lighting. The incumbent will be expected to work 40 hours per week in an office setting equipped with standard office equipment. Special Requirements 12 pt Font, no greater than 2 pages Describe your leadership/supervisory experience and style in developing staff and motivating them to successfully achieve planned goals. Describe an actual experience with process improvements that you initiated in a professional setting. Please describe how you identified the opportunity for improvements, and the steps you took to come up with the solutions, implementation, and the final products efficacy.
