General Information Staffing: 15 total staff members including RNs, Charge Nurses, and Patient Care Techs Patient Ratios: 1:2 Type of Equipment: Balloon pumps, CRRT, Hypothermia units Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech Qualifications We are seeking candidates who possess the following: Required Skills: A minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications Preferred Skills: Prior Meditech experience Experience traveling to large facility ICU units Typical Procedures The unit frequently performs the following procedures: Heart catheterizations, including the use of balloon pumps Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) Induced hypothermia treatments Cardioversion procedures Central line placements Administration of medication drips Ideal Candidate Profile Driven and organized Efficient in managing workload Positive attitude with a strong engagement in patient care Additional Information Join a supportive and experienced team with opportunities for growth.
