Wrentham, Massachusetts, United States About this position Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities through direct service, advocacy, and innovation. About the Role CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week, non-exempt position located in Wrentham, MA. The position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18 per hour. Schedule First/Second shifts. What you'll do Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips. Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan. Act as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings. Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Must pass required certifications, a criminal check, and a driver’s check within the allotted time set forth by the agency. Pay range: $18 – $22 per hour.
