Compensation:
Deal-based earnings + performance bonuses
(typically $1,000–$10,000+ per reviewed transaction, based on deal size, complexity, and role)
Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, and operators with high-quality deal flow, analyst support, and institutional infrastructure across private markets.
Our platform is designed for professionals who want real exposure, real upside, and real credibility—not job boards, not spreadsheets, and not unpaid strategy work.
Role OverviewInitio Sphere is onboarding Capital Strategy Review Associates to evaluate, validate, and optimize investment strategies and capital deployment decisions across live transactions.
This is not an employment role. Capital Strategy Review Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.
Once approved, Capital Strategy Review Associates:
Review and assess proposed investment strategies for alignment with investor objectives and portfolio priorities
Analyze risk/reward profiles and structural considerations of live deals
Provide insights to investors, sponsors, and analysts to improve capital deployment decisions
Identify potential execution risks or strategic misalignments
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals where strategic review contributes to execution success
Build a verified track record in strategy assessment and capital oversight within the Initio Sphere ecosystem
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in portfolio management, investment strategy, corporate finance, or private equity capital allocation.
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)Approved Capital Strategy Review Associates may:
Strategic Analysis & ReviewEvaluate deal-level strategies against portfolio or investor objectives
Identify gaps, opportunities, or inefficiencies in proposed capital deployment
Provide recommendations for optimizing deal structure, timing, or financing
Assess alignment with risk tolerance and expected returns
Support coordination between investors, sponsors, and analysts to ensure deals are strategically sound
Monitor key decision points and milestone readiness to enable smoother execution
Flag strategic or operational risks that could impact outcomes
Offer insights on asset allocation, diversification, and capital efficiency
Support long-term performance tracking and lessons learned for repeatable strategy improvements
Capital Strategy Review Associates are not responsible for deal sourcing or detailed modeling ; their focus is strategic oversight and capital allocation review .
Eligible Deal TypesBased on approval, Capital Strategy Review Associates may review:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating business acquisitions
Structured finance, credit, or hybrid investments
Special situations and opportunistic investments
Deal types are approved based on prior experience in strategic evaluation or capital oversight.
Compensation & EconomicsAssociates earn success-based compensation tied to deals where strategic review contributes to execution
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per reviewed/approved transaction
Performance bonuses may apply for complex or high-value deals
Compensation is paid upon successful deal close and fee collection
No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality strategic review

Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform
Begin reviewing and supporting live transactions within approved categories
All assignments are platform-driven; there is no cold outreach or blind pitching.

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All activity is limited to strategic review, oversight, and recommendations and must comply with applicable securities laws.
