Position Overview

Private Capital Structuring Associates support fund managers, legal counsel, and finance teams in the structuring, organization, and management of private capital funds and investment vehicles . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and modeling private capital vehicles , including equity, debt, and hybrid instruments

• Support the preparation and review of fund documents, limited partnership agreements, and subscription materials

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and investor expectations

• Monitor capital commitments, fund closings, capital calls, and distributions

• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for fund structuring insights

• Identify opportunities to optimize fund structures, investment workflows, and reporting processes

• Prepare analyses, summaries, and ad-hoc reports for senior management, investment committees, and investors

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
