UF Resources is hiring Appointment Setters for our Bradenton office. Whether this is your first real shot at building phone and sales skills, or you want one more steady, well-run role before you wind down — you'll fit right in here.

The Pay & Schedule

• $16.00/hour base, paid weekly — plus $50 for every qualified appointment you set
• No cold calling — every prospect has already requested more information
• Full-time or part-time shifts available
• Monday–Friday only. No nights. No weekends.

The Job

• Call warm, pre-qualified prospects using a proven script
• Confirm interest and schedule appointments for our field representatives
• Log clean, accurate notes and appointment details
• Keep every call friendly, professional, and reassuring
• Work toward daily call and appointment goals with real coaching behind you

What Gets You Hired

• 1+ year in phone work, call centers, customer service, or inside sales
• Clear, confident verbal communication
• Reliable, coachable, and ready to work on-site with a team
