Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health

Per Diem LVN OpportunityCentral Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a Per Diem LVN to join our team in the Santa Barbara area.The regular work schedule is Friday and/or Saturday (generally 8 to 5PM).Requirements:Current California LVN licenseMinimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN) work experienceReliable vehicle to drive for workCurrent Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving recordHave and maintain auto insurance coverageCurrent approved health care provider CPR CertificationHome Health experience is a plusWe offer:Competitive payPaid sick time offReimbursement for mileageFlexible self-schedulingIn-house continuing education and reimbursement for outside trainingThis position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $36.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours, which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
