Lead Electronics Test Technician

Pay Range: $33 – $44/hour + Robust Benefits

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Position Type: Direct Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Lead Electronics Test Technician:

• Perform production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
• Use test procedures, schematics, and instructions to troubleshoot units.
• Perform set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits and assemblies.
• Maintain fixturing and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Train team members in product repair and established processes.
• Act as subject-matter expert and team leader for your work area.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day oversight when needed.
• Document test results accurately and follow all safety requirements.
• Some travel may be required.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Lead Electronics Test Technician:

• 5+ years' experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF power supplies.
• AAS degree in electronics or equivalent, plus completion of technician test.
• Soldering and electro/mechanical assembly skills required.
• Ability to read technical assembly documentation and schematics.
• Knowledge and understanding of ESD practices.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Experience leading a team is desired.
• Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic.
