Base pay range $180.00/yr - $240.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Capital Executive Search Senior Manager / Director – Investor Relations (Americas) A rapidly scaling, US-listed data centre business with a significant North American and Asia-Pacific footprint is seeking a high-performing Investor Relations professional. Backed by strong momentum in Cloud and AI infrastructure, the company is expanding its investor engagement efforts across the Americas to support its next phase of growth. The Opportunity Based in New York and reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will act as the company’s primary interface with the North American investment community. This high-impact role blends capital markets insight, strategic storytelling, and investor-facing leadership at a time of dynamic expansion. Key Responsibilities Investor Engagement: Lead institutional investor relationships across the US and Canada, including roadshows, capital introductions, conferences, and direct meetings. Capital Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, investor sentiment, and macro developments to inform internal strategy. Strategic Capital Development: Identify new capital sources—including long-only, hedge funds, and strategic investors—and build lasting relationships. IR Messaging: Shape investor-facing materials and presentations in collaboration with global teams, highlighting business growth and operational performance. Executive Interface: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership for earnings preparation, investor Q&A, and strategic positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent and compliant messaging.
