About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Project Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading project finance and capital raising activities, with a particular focus on tax equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team and will be instrumental in driving the financial aspects of renewable and sustainable energy projects. This is a permanent position based in California, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, a deep understanding of capital markets, and a proven track record in managing and developing a team. As the VP of Project Finance, the primary responsibilities will include structuring and negotiating financial agreements, conducting financial modeling and analysis, and overseeing the financial close of projects.
