Vice President of Construction

Job Title: Vice President of Multifamily Construction Location: Orange County, CA (hybrid flexibility) MUST HAVE MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA A well-capitalized and respected real estate development firm is actively seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead execution on a series of upcoming ground-up multifamily projectsin Orange County. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Director to step into an executive-level role with direct influence over project delivery, strategy, and team growth. What You’ll Do: Lead all phases of construction across active multifamily developments—from preconstruction through turnover Oversee general contractors, consultants, and internal project teams Own project schedule, budget, and quality outcomes Partner closely with development and executive teams to align construction with broader business goals Help scale the internal construction function over time What We’re Looking For: 8-10+ years of relevant experience (GC or Developer) Strong ground-up multifamily or mixed-use project background Proven ability to lead large-scale construction efforts as the #1 on-site or portfolio lead Confident communicator and cross-functional team leader Experience with permitting, development financial analysis, due diligence and entitlement is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr raise consulting
