Speech-Language Pathologist Preschool (FMLA Coverage)

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time FMLA coverage position supporting preschool students in a highly supportive school district in Odessa, Delaware. Location: Odessa, DE Grade Level: Preschool (3- and 4-year-old students) Assignment Dates: August 25, 2026 October 16, 2026 Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours per week) Salary Range: $60,000 $75,000 annually (based on experience) Work Setting: Onsite Position Type: FMLA Coverage

What You'll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy and intervention services to preschool-aged students
• Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Support students with speech, language, social communication, and early communication development needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Caseload Details

• Typical preschool caseloads range from 5060 students (approximately 1012 students per day)
• Specialized program caseloads typically range from 3035 students (approximately 67 students per day)
• Shared office space provided
• Duty-free lunch included

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License required
• Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite throughout the duration of the assignment
