What You'll Do Deliver exceptional service to candidates, clients, field employees, and team members Create a positive and memorable candidate experience that reflects Masiello Employment Services' commitment to people Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Contribute to business development efforts through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing candidates Manage field employees placed on assignments by providing ongoing support, coaching, and problem resolution to promote successful placements and positive employment experiences Represent Masiello Employment Services at job fairs, networking events, and workforce development initiatives Utilize ATS and CRM technology to identify talent, communicate with candidates, and support client relationships People Who Thrive at Masiello Employment Services Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities Are energized by helping others succeed Take initiative and are comfortable making decisions Build strong relationships and collaborate well with others Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences Are committed to continuous learning and professional growth Are passionate about staffing and recruiting and find fulfillment in connecting great people with great opportunities Why Join Masiello Employment Services?
