Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with medical staff to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Role Responsibilities

Administer nursing care to patients according to established protocols.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and symptoms.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are preferred.

Schedule

The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including possible shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate patient care needs.
