Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be committed to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and their families on health management post-discharge.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
Flexibility to participate in weekend rotations and on-call duties as needed.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend schedule.
