Quality Control Manager

Position: Quality Control Manager Location: Pennsauken, NJ Pay Rate: $80,000-110,000/year Do you have experience leading quality programs in a manufacturing environment and a strong eye for detail? We're looking for a motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee quality systems, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for a fast paced packaging facility in Pennsauken, NJ! Job Responsibilities:- Oversee and enforce all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies throughout the plant
- Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality performance tracking
- Interpret customer specifications and translate them into manufacturing requirements
- Lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO, FSC, and SFI compliance
- Supervise and support Quality Technicians on daily priorities and inspections
- Perform and document in process quality checks and raw material inspections
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Work with suppliers and vendors to address quality and material related issues
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, training efforts, and 5S programs
- Collaborate with plant leadership to support safety, efficiency, and operational goals
- Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- Quality management or supervisory experience in a printing or packaging environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC, and SFI standards
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
