Position: Quality Control Manager

Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Pay Rate: $80,000-110,000/year

Do you have experience leading quality programs in a manufacturing environment and a strong eye for detail? We're looking for a motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee quality systems, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for a fast paced packaging facility in Pennsauken, NJ!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies throughout the plant
• Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality performance tracking
• Interpret customer specifications and translate them into manufacturing requirements
• Lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO, FSC, and SFI compliance
• Supervise and support Quality Technicians on daily priorities and inspections
• Perform and document in process quality checks and raw material inspections
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Work with suppliers and vendors to address quality and material related issues
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, training efforts, and 5S programs
• Collaborate with plant leadership to support safety, efficiency, and operational goals

Shift/Hours:

• Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Job Requirements

• Quality management or supervisory experience in a printing or packaging environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC, and SFI standards
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
