Sales Desk Manager
Lockhart Cadillac, a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership, is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Desk Manager to lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who thrives in a high-performance environment and understands the expectations of an affluent clientele.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience
- Luxury automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Previous dealership desking experience is required
- Strong knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms
- Ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop successful sales consultants
- Experience appraising trade-ins and structuring vehicle deals
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct daily sales meetings and motivate a sales team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with an affluent, discerning customer base
- Commitment to delivering a first-class luxury buying experience
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily sales desk operations
- Structure and finalize vehicle transactions
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new sales professionals
- Coach and develop the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Monitor CRM activity and ensure consistent customer follow-up
- Accurately appraise customer trade-ins
- Conduct daily sales meetings while providing ongoing training and performance coaching
- Work closely with Finance and dealership leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium standards and reputation of the Cadillac brand
