Duties

• You will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, and implementing work assignments received from the supervisor.
• You will assure the compliance of safety regulations and practices.
• You will receive correspondence, prepare reports, order materials, review test memos, and inspect work.
• You will recommend assignments of personnel to ensure skills training is optimized using current ships availability and schedule.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: - Performing highly skilled and qualified work on equipment such as Sonar, Radio, Radar, Navigation, and Fire Control systems. - Reading, utilizing, and working from complicated blueprints, diagrams, technical manuals, and electronic schematics. - Ability to interpret form tables, job orders, and test memorandums. - Assuring that necessary plans, material, and tools are available to accomplish the work. - Ability to use large variety of tools and test equipment.
