IT Support Specialist (Part-Time)

JobsMight is growing our network of IT support professionals to assist our client base. You'll partner with an IT Manager to provide as-needed technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance with IT projects. This flexible contractor engagement is ideal for an experienced IT support professional or help desk technician looking for additional work opportunities. Remote + On-Site as Needed in Chicago + Bedford Park, IL Flexible contractor engagement with support requests and project assignments as needed Part time, plus opportunities for additional hours and assignments as needs grow Available to respond to support requests during agreed-upon business hours What You'll Do Provide end-user support for hardware, software, networking, and peripherals Troubleshoot user issues related to computers, printers, connectivity, and common business applications Assist with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user accounts and basic administration Support software updates, device setup, inventory, and vendor coordination Assist with on-site technical support and IT projects as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar experience Reliable and responsive during agreed-upon business hours Experience supporting small to midsize businesses is a plus Strong communicator, comfortable serving as a technical resource for non-technical staff Based in Chicago Metro and able to travel on-site periodically #J-18808-Ljbffr GreenValley Search
