IT Support Technician

Job Title: Warehouse IT Support Specialist Location: Miami, Florida - Onsite 8am - 5pm or 11am - 8pm shifts What's the Job? Provide front-line support to warehouse associates and supervisors during go-live and hypercare phases Walk the warehouse floor to answer process questions and reinforce training Assist users in following standard operating procedures and system workflows Identify and categorize operational issues, escalating true system problems to support teams Participate in pre-launch readiness sessions, training reviews, and daily hypercare meetings What's Needed? Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn new operational processes and system workflows quickly Willingness to travel to warehouse launch sites and work variable schedules during critical periods IT Support Experience Device setup and connectivity Printers Workstations Scanners Wi-Fi troubleshooting Peripheral equipment installation Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills What's in it for me?
