This travel assignment places you in a long-term care setting, delivering hands-on nursing care in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform routine nursing assessments, and document vital signs
- Provide wound care, injections, and other clinical tasks as delegated by the RN or physician
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort
- Maintain accurate charting and communicate changes to the supervising RN/physician
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols; maintain a clean, safe care environment

Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work evenings and/or overnights in a long-term care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
