The position currently begins at approximately:

• 2 clinical days per week
• Approximately 8 clinical days per month
• 9-hour clinical days
• Established patient demand
• Opportunity to add additional days as the program grows

This is not intended to remain a limited two-day opportunity indefinitely.

The organization is actively growing its pediatric and specialty programs and is seeking a doctor who wants to relocate to Reno, establish roots in the community, and grow alongside the practice.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Pediatric Dentist

• 30% of collections, including imaging and nitrous
• Economically equivalent to approximately 35–37% of total collections
• $1,200 daily guarantee

Pediatric-Focused General Dentist

• 30% of collections
• $1,000 daily guarantee

Long-Term Earnings Potential

As the clinical schedule expands, the opportunity has the potential to support approximately:

$230,400–$460,800+ in annualized earnings , depending on clinical schedule, collections, production, and scope of practice.

The practice provides the patient base and infrastructure; the opportunity is designed to grow alongside the incoming doctor's availability and productivity.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Nevada dental license or eligibility to obtain
