Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions, helping them regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities. You will collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other providers to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and functional impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to maximize functional outcomes.
• Educate patients on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or hand therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
