Speech Language Pathologist

Overview Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Join our team of school-based Speech Language Pathologists to provide onsite services to students in Palm Beach, Florida for the 2026-27 school year. Supervision is available for new graduate SLP-CF candidates. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders. Conduct screenings and assessments to determine the needs of students. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with educators and parents to set goals. Document and track student progress in accordance with state and district regulations. Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, special education teams, and administrators, to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students. Participate in IEP meetings and help develop goals and objectives for students. Maintain a caseload of students, ensuring timely and effective delivery of therapy services. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
